Normalizing the most grotesque behavior; U.S. is partner with Israel's Netanyahu to ethnically cleanse GazaThe consequences of this lack of accountability will reverberate world wide for generations
A proposed U.S. development plan for Gaza is the U.S. partnering with Israel to ethnically cleanse Gaza, take over the strip with security zones enforced by the same folks who developed the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, also known as slaughter masquerading as aid. The details of this proposed plan comes from a 38-page document acquired by the Washington Post and detailed in Ha’aretz Israeli Newspaper. This is ethnic cleansing masquerading as development. To be clear this is a partnership between the U.S. administration of Donald Trump and the Israeli administration of Benjamin Netanyahu to ethnically cleanse Gaza. After killing more than 63,000 Palestinians, flattening almost 90 percent of the strip with bombs equivalent to SIX Hiroshimas, according to international expert Paul Rogers, emeritus professor at Bradford University in Great Britain, blockading food to starve the population, the proposed U.S. plan speaks of “voluntary relocation” of Palestinians, a euphemism for forced displacement. It is grotesque. This is where we are today, having normalized the most grotesque behavior, masking it in euphemisms and subterfuge. It reflects the quality of today’s leadership but perhaps more it offers an insight into how World War 2 Germans could allow the horrors of the Holocaust to occur. First you frighten critics into silence by attacking those who rightly call out the state of Israel for a litany of horrific crimes that include defying humanitarian and international laws; killing more than 63,000 people, more than18,000 of those children; denying food; creating a famine; killing starving people as the seek food from state-designated distribution centers; killing thousands of health workers, nearly 200 journalists, destroying mosques, churches, schools and hospitals. And even as Israel has committed this horrific litany of crimes it is the critics who are assailed, labelled Israel haters, antisemitic, pro Hamas, even part of some left-wing cabal all aimed at intimidating critics into silence. The intimidation reverberates in the media coverage. It has served to to skew media coverage of the Gaza horrors of nearly two years, blunting questions, using euphemisms to underplay the extent of the horrors suffered by Palestinians, challenging the credibility of one, the Palestinians and not the other, Israel. This has the effect of distorting the real horrors that have been identified in detail, by international doctors and nurses who have been in Gaza, by humanitarian workers, who have been in Gaza, and by suffering Gazans. It has normalized the most grotesque behavior. It is wrong and outrageous that Jews are blamed for the actions of the Israeli government. But this propensity to blame the whole for a part is not new. After the 9/11 attacks in the United States, Muslims were targeted even though identified Saudi Arabians belonging to an identified terrorist group carried out the attacks, yet all Muslims were attacked, even Sikhs were attacked because they wore a turban. After the Oct 7 attack by Hamas a 6-year-old Palestinian-American boy in the United States was stabbed 26 times because he was Muslim. And on May 23, 2025 two Israeli embassy staffers were killed in Washington in a brutal hate crime. The widespread assault on religious groups for the acts of some is deeply disturbing turning a vicious land grab by Israel aided by the United States into a religious war. Interestingly however is that it is hard to identify where the same widespread attack on Christians has occurred because of the acts of some, even as they use religion as their motivation, including bombing abortion clinics, the Centennial Olympic Park bombing or the 1993 Waco siege of the Branch Dravidians, a cult preparing for the second coming of Christ. It is just an interesting observation. While Israel may be a country of laws for its people, it is not a state that abides by laws. It might have working democratic institutions for its people it shows no regard for international institutions, dismissing their criticism and their demands that Israel abide by international laws. They ignore the International Criminal Court, the United Nations. Israel has acted with shameless disregard for all international and humanitarian laws in its assault on Gaza and the West Bank, where settlers aided by the military are burning down Palestinian homes, stealing their land and still Israel sets about to approve more illegal settlements. Israel may be a state of laws for its people, it is a serial criminal offender of international laws. Hamas committed an unforgivable act of terror on Oct. 7, 2023 and the international community in unison condemned the brutal terrorist attack and hostage taking. Israel’s right to self-defense was re-affirmed BUT that is not where we are today. What we have today according to international scholars on genocide is genocide. This is not self defense, this is ethnic cleansing. Hamas leaders have been killed, charged with war crimes and the organizational structure decimated. A group of 600 Israeli security officials in an appeal to end the war on Gaza said: “It is our professional judgement that Hamas no longer poses a strategic threat to Israel." Yet the Israeli administration’s horrific, genocidal actions have been allowed without any accountability. It is unfathomable that Israel is allowed to continue such horrific criminal behavior. The only reason is that the U.S. is Israel’s patron and the rest of the world is complicit because it has been too obsequious and afraid to challenge the U.S. administration. As a result the world has watched for nearly two years as Israel has killed more than 18,000 children, orphaned and maimed tens of thousands more. The world has watched silently, let the children die, let the children suffer, watched as Israel refused to allow in medicine, causing children to be operated on without anesthetic. Doctors have reported children intentionally shot by IDF soldiers in different body parts, including boys shot in the testicles. Still Israel was not held accountable. The world has so shamelessly participated in the devastation of Gaza and its people, watching silently as they suffered, until finally in recent weeks some small actions have been taken, but given the atrocity of Israel’s crimes, these actions are shamefully lacking. The decision by several nations to recognize Palestine as a state is meant to send a message to Israel yet the same countries are not imposing strong and unrelenting sanctions against Israel to demand Israel stop killing Palestinians, starving children, daily bombing residential areas. Daily Israel continues to pound Gaza, kill tens of thousands, displace and starve 2.3 million people and there have been no sanctions. Israel bombs Hamas negotiators in Doha in the Middle Eastern State of Qatar because it can. There are no repercussions for Israel. Israel and the world’s response has created a free for all, and destroyed the value of international laws. Never again is now and we are all culpable but America is not just complicit as is the rest of the world, it is a partner in the genocide happening in Gaza.
